PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE MONTHLY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION!

 

Minimum Commitment

• 12-month subscription with the option to cancel after 3 months. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION CAN NOT BE CANCELLED WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email only) with 30 days’ notice to contact@reformandvibes.com

 

Subscription Options

* 4 classes/month - £84

* 6 classes/ month - £118

* 8 classes/month - £148

* 12 classes/month - £198

* 16 classes/month - £224

* 20 classes/month - £240

 

Class Usage

• Credits do not roll over into the next month.

• Advance booking required via our app or website.

• Subject to class availability.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Our standard studio cancellation policy applies.

• You can cancel your booked class until 4 hours before the class starting time. Late cancellations or missed classes will result in loss of credit.

 

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month.

• Payments are taken automatically until cancellation.

• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access. Repeated failed payments may lead to cancellation.

 

Refund Policy

• Please note that all purchases are non-refundable.

 

Pause Policy

• You may pause your subscription twice per year, for 14 days consecutively. Or for 1 month consecutively.

• 14 days’ written notice required to pause.

 

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew after 12 months unless cancelled in advance.

 

Non-Transferable

• Subscriptions are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

 

Class Access

• Valid for all regularly scheduled Reformer classes on the timetable.
